Construction of the Integrated Logistics Centre, for the Luxury Car Manufacturer Bentley
Operating within Bentley’s high-security production facility demanded detailed planning and coordination. Hannon Brothers delivered pile cap foundations containing approximately 50 tonnes of reinforcement, together with a 1,500m³ attenuation tank and separator, drainage channels, a dock leveller, concrete ramps and planters. The project also required connections to existing live drainage and service networks and was completed on programme and within budget.

Construction of a 500,000sqft warehouse & adoptable road, for future connection to a new A50 junction.
Demolition of an existing 1,000,000 sqft warehouse & re-development into three smaller units.
Initially undertaking the enabling works including the main access spine road, services, drainage, headwalls and Tarmac. Hannon Brothers were awarded the main works which consisted of the construction of 4nr new units over 2 sites.
