Demolition of an existing 1,000,000 sqft warehouse & re-development into three smaller units.
Located on the Royal Oak way industrial estate in Daventry, the site was demolished & converted to 3nr warehouses totalling 800,000 sqft. As Logicor’s largest UK development, the project represented a major investment in UK logistics infrastructure. Hannon Brothers delivered the foundations, drainage, services, service yards and external landscaping works, including infrastructure for future EV charging. Key quantities included 30km of ducting, 3,500m³ of foundations, 30,000m² of yard construction and 12,000m² of paving.

Initially undertaking the enabling works including the main access spine road, services, drainage, headwalls and Tarmac. Hannon Brothers were awarded the main works which consisted of the construction of 4nr new units over 2 sites.
