Construction of a 500,000sqft warehouse & adoptable road, for future connection to a new A50 junction.

As part of the expansion of Infinity Park Derby, Hannon Brothers delivered a substantial infrastructure and groundworks package. Works included 7,500m² of adoptable road construction, 3,700m² of footpaths and 3,100m of kerbs, together with a 500,000 sq ft warehouse, 4,000m² of SuDS paving and 16,000m² of external yards. Additional works comprised an SW pump chamber, a 300mm rising main and 15 headwalls, several incorporating automated penstocks as part of the site-wide water management strategy.
