Initially undertaking the enabling works including the main access spine road, services, drainage, headwalls and Tarmac. Hannon Brothers were awarded the main works which consisted of the construction of 4nr new units over 2 sites.
The site presented us with various challenges because of its previous function as an airfield during the second world war, encountering pill boxes, fuel tanks etc. We successfully completed the groundworks package including foundations, drainage, services, yard slabs, tarmac and existing road remedials on time which exceeded our clients’ expectations.
