Working at the front of a busy processing facility meant maintaining uninterrupted access for delivery vehicles throughout the project. Hannon Brothers completed all foundations, drainage, services, service yards, access roads and external works, carefully sequencing activities around live operational requirements and service diversions.

Construction of the Integrated Logistics Centre, for the Luxury Car Manufacturer Bentley
Construction of a 500,000sqft warehouse & adoptable road, for future connection to a new A50 junction.
Demolition of an existing 1,000,000 sqft warehouse & re-development into three smaller units.
Initially undertaking the enabling works including the main access spine road, services, drainage, headwalls and Tarmac. Hannon Brothers were awarded the main works which consisted of the construction of 4nr new units over 2 sites.
