Project Details

Creation of a new unit built over previous cooling tower foundations and RC Culvert taking water from the adjacent River Trent. The new plot is now adjacent to a busy road and rail freight terminal.

Due to the cut and fill, a temporary borrow pit was formed under a future attenuation pond which allowed for all the material to remain on site. Programming of the steel frame and the location of drainage and services within the build meant we were able to get the majority of the concrete service yard down very quickly, providing invaluable hardstanding early on. Our package included the foundations, drainage, services, service yards and externals.
