Infrastructure and enabling works for a luxury wellness destination.
With access restrictions and limited land ownership along the entrance corridor, bringing services into the development presented significant logistical challenges. Hannon Brothers installed HV services, data infrastructure and a rising main over approximately 2km of roadway. The existing access road was removed and reconstructed before progressing accommodation roads, drainage infrastructure, a substation base, a split-level guest car park and 110m of stepped precast retaining wall units.

Construction of a 500,000sqft warehouse & adoptable road, for future connection to a new A50 junction.
Demolition of an existing 1,000,000 sqft warehouse & re-development into three smaller units.
Initially undertaking the enabling works including the main access spine road, services, drainage, headwalls and Tarmac. Hannon Brothers were awarded the main works which consisted of the construction of 4nr new units over 2 sites.
