Originally contracted to complete unit 4, this developed into completing 3nr plots. Our client wished to retain us as the groundworks contractor throughout.
Works involved the supply and installation of 100m of 2m and 230m of 3m precast retaining walls to suit level differences, the installation of new access road formation and kerbs, trenching for existing services to extend for future provision of Unit 11 and self-binding footpaths linking the jobs which included foundations for a 120m pedestrian bridge. Core works included the foundations, drainage, services, kerbs, service yards and paving.
Extension, & new Warehouse to an existing processing facility for TASK consumer products.
Construction of the Integrated Logistics Centre, for the Luxury Car Manufacturer Bentley
Construction of a 500,000sqft warehouse & adoptable road, for future connection to a new A50 junction.
Demolition of an existing 1,000,000 sqft warehouse & re-development into three smaller units.
Initially undertaking the enabling works including the main access spine road, services, drainage, headwalls and Tarmac. Hannon Brothers were awarded the main works which consisted of the construction of 4nr new units over 2 sites.
